Kenvue in Bengaluru (India) is seeking a Trade Operations Specialist to support compliant cross-border trade activities and ensure the timely movement of materials across borders. You will help with documentation, customs coordination, and data accuracy in ERP systems.

The Trade Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the execution of compliant cross-border trade activities, contributing to the accurate and timely movement of materials across international borders. The role supports day-to-day trade operations for international material movements, ensuring activities are performed in accordance with applicable trade regulations, customs requirements, and internal compliance policies.
No direct people management responsibility
Works collaboratively within the trade operations and supply chain teams
No direct budget ownership
Supports cost control through accurate execution, issue resolution, and service provider coordination
Internal: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, Compliance, Planning
External: Customs brokers, 3PLs, freight forwarders, export warehouse vendors, regulatory authorities (as required)
Executes trade activities within defined procedures and authority limits
Escalates compliance, execution, and service provider issues in accordance with governance frameworks
