• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5-9 years of experience in trade operations, international logistics, or customs coordination.
• Adequate knowledge of international trade regulations and customs processes.
• Experience preparing or supporting trade documentation.
• Language knowledge will be an added advantage Korean, Japanese, Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and standard office tools.
• Working knowledge of customs clearance processes and trade documentation.
• Exposure to crossborder movements of materials or finished goods.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to manage routine execution issues and escalation appropriately.
