ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Associate Product Manager at Tracxn, youll support the product team in defining requirements, analyzing performance, and executing product initiatives across the lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with design, engineering, and senior PMs to translate ideas into impactful product features.

This role is ideal for early-career professionals eager to learn product fundamentals, work on a global B2B SaaS platform, and grow into a full-fledged Product Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Feature Specification: Assist Product Managers in defining feature specifications and writing detailed product requirement documents (PRDs).
• Collaboration: Work closely with design, engineering, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution across the product lifecycle.
• Performance Analysis: Review and analyze key product metrics to track performance and identify improvement areas.
• Design Support: Collaborate with the UX team to create wireframes, mockups, and design documentation.
• Data & Insights: Use data and API tools (like Postman) to extract insights and validate product decisions.
• Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Documentation Management: Maintain reports, knowledge repositories, and other operational resources for effective tracking and learning.
• Process Improvement: Identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest enhancements to improve efficiency and product quality.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 0 to 3 years of work experience (MBA not mandatory) with consistent academic and professional performance.
• Strong interest in B2B SaaS products and technology, with empathy for users and a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to structure and analyze ambiguous problems effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly convey ideas through workflows, feature descriptions, and documentation.
• A long-term desire to build a career in Product Management and grow into a full-fledged PM role.
• Preferred: prior exposure to SQL, Postman, or other data/API tools.
• Preferred: internship or project experience in product management, UX, or a related field.
