Job summary

Tracxn in Bengaluru is seeking a self-driven Product Experience Analyst to own pre-release product quality within the Product Support team. This is a testing-focused role: you will test products, new features, and changes to existing features before they go live — checking the UI, real-world usage, and user-friendliness, and catching bugs early.

You will work closely with the Product team to understand how features are meant to behave, coordinate fixes, and sign off on release readiness.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a QA, product support, product analyst, or program management role.
• Strong product knowledge — understand how features are meant to work and assess them from the user’s view.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on first-principles thinking.
• A sharp eye for detail to catch bugs, errors, and usability gaps before users see them.
• Excellent communication and ability to coordinate with the Product team.
• Comfort defining testing SOPs and using data to improve release quality.
• Prior experience with test automation, or in a B2B SaaS environment, is a strong plus.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Tracxn is looking for a self-driven Product Experience Analyst to own pre-release product quality within the Product Support team. This is a testing-focused role: you will be the person who tests products, new features, and changes to existing features before they go live - checking the UI, real-world usage, and user-friendliness, and catching bugs and errors early.

You will work closely with the Product team to understand how features are meant to behave, coordinate fixes, and sign off on release readiness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Program Execution: Own high-impact, high-visibility programs from ideation to implementation planning, executing, and iterating on initiatives that deliver value to users, while experimenting with new ideas to improve business metrics and reduce defects.
• Pre-Release Testing: Own pre-release testing of products, new features, and changes to existing features — test the UI, real-world usage, and user-friendliness, and sign off on quality before each go-live.
• Bug & Error Detection: Identify, document, and track bugs and errors, reproduce issues, coordinate fixes with the Product and Engineering teams, and validate them before release.
• Product Quality Ownership: Own pre-release quality as the dedicated, product-knowledgeable owner within the Product Support team, a responsibility currently handled by the product managers.
• Coordination with the Product Team: Work closely with the Product team to understand intended behaviour, review changes, align on release readiness, and follow issues through to resolution.
• Testing SOPs & Process: Maintain clear testing SOPs and checklists, and continuously improve the pre-release QA process to reduce defects and defect leakage.
• Quality Tracking & Reporting: Track quality KPIs — bugs found, defect leakage, and release readiness — and own weekly and monthly reporting on release quality.
• Continuous Improvement & Automation: Experiment with process and tooling improvements, including automating repetitive test checks, to make releases faster and more reliable.
