Job summary

CNH Industrial is seeking a seasoned leader for the Tractor Assembly Line, responsible for end-to-end line output across shifts and EOL activities. The role requires extensive end-of-line experience in tractors or related heavy equipment.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma plus BE/Btech in Mechanical/Production (distance or regular) with 15–22 years' exposure, and will drive audits, process improvements and new model launches while maintaining team morale and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15–22 years experience from Tractor/Commercial Vehicle/Construction Equipment in End of Line exposure mandatory.
• Diploma or BE/Btech in Mechanical/Production, Distance or Regular, as stated.
• Willingness to lead production shifts and drive line performance.

Responsibilities

• Handle all shift production output for Assembly line and End of Line (Plan Vs Actual).
• Monitor process indices - ADPU, OKOL and CQA across shifts.
• Conduct process and product audits & validation as per schedule and mgmt. requirements.
• Analyze market/quality complaints and implement countermeasures.
• Monitor line rejections and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain work culture and morale on the Assembly line.
• Oversee manpower deployment and on‑the‑job training with modern tools/equipment.
• Document Quality Systems (ISO 9001, ISO14001, WCM).
• Lead New Model launches and ensure smooth production line implementation.

Job Purpose

This position is for the profile of In charge of Tractor Assembly Line. It is basically production profile

Key Responsibilities

• To handle all shift production output for Assembly line and EOL of line. (Plan Vs Actual Achievement)


• To monitor & control of Process indices - ADPU, OKOL and CQA of all shift operation.


• To conduct Process and Product audit & validation as per schedule & mgmt. Requirements


• To monitor & analyze market / quality complaints / EHF/bench mark audit, plan & implement countermeasure actions


• To monitor line rejections and its control for all shift.


• To maintain the work culture in Assembly line, maintaining and improving the moral of team.


• Handling complete manpower deployment for the line with continues on job training for the associates with the help of modern tools & equipments.


• Documentation of Quality Systems viz ISO 9001, ISO14001, World Class Manufacturing etc.


• Lead the New model launches and smooth implementation on production lines.

Experience Required
