Job summary

CNH Industrial is seeking a PV Validation Lead in India to plan, coordinate, and execute the validation plan for the Small Tractor platform. You will manage periodic project reviews, KPI tracking, budget status, and PV process alignment.

Ideal candidates have 8–12 years in automotive testing, strong data analysis skills, and proven ability to work with PD design, engineering, and testing teams across locations. Multicultural collaboration and independent work are valued.

Qualifications

8–12 years in Automotive Testing environment.
Strong ability to post process and analyze data using tools to validate system performance.

Responsibilities

Finalize and execute Integrated Design Verification Plan (DVP).
Create Build plans for Development Tractors for the program.
Generate PIRs for issues observed during testing/builds and ensure closure.
Prepare and present program status reports to management and Platform meetings.

Job Purpose

The function of the PLPV is to plan, coordinate, and help execute the validation plan in support of the product development process for the Small Tractor platform. He is responsible to manage periodic project reviews with KPI's, budget status, and management status reviews in line with DVP Guidelines and GPD Process. He will be Platform member for PV.

Key Responsibilities

DVP finalization and its execution: He will be responsible for Integrated Design Verification Plan creation and its execution.
Build Plan: He will be responsible for creating Build plans for Development Tractors for the program.
PIR follow-ups: He will be responsible for PIR creation for any issues observed in the product during execution of tests / builds and then follow-up for the activities till closure of PIR.
Reports / updates to management / Platform: He will be responsible to attend Platform meetings and will be making program status report for management.

Experience Required

Minimum 8 to 12 years in Automotive Testing organization
Strong ability to post process and analyze data using tools to validate system performance
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are an absolute requirement to establish effective working relationships with PD Design & engineering and test teams, outside test labs and others within and outside the organization
Broad experience working in cross functional teams to drive product development and a demonstrated ability to influence direction of design based on test results
Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
Knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools and materials used in vehicle maintenance
Strong experience in problem solving techniques
Able to work in a Multi-cultural environment with remotes teams
Ability to work independently with little supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

B. Tech. /BE. Degree (Agricultural Engineering / Mechanical) or equivalent

Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is INR ₹2,500,000.00 - plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.) For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
