Job summary

CNH Industrial in India seeks a Process Quality Specialist in Tractor Assembly and Painting with 10–15 years in Automotive or Agriculture. You will conduct process quality audits, assembly inspections and ensure compliance on Critical to Quality, Poka-yoke, and Process Controls while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Experience with ISO auditing, manufacturing quality systems, and tools like SPC and Six Sigma is highly preferable; BE/BTech or Diploma in Mechanical, including distance

Qualifications

10–15 years of experience in Automotive or Agriculture.
Experience in process quality audits and inspections.
Exposure to ISO auditing and quality systems; SPC/Six Sigma preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze quality issues in Drive line and coordinate action plans.
Deploy VOC at inspection stations via Q-Alerts.
Monitor quality indicators daily/weekly/monthly and drive PDCA follow ups.
Analyze EHF, DQR defects and close with 4M1D attribution.
Collaborate with CFT to implement robust technical solutions.
Lead daily quality meetings with Production & CFT on critical issues.
Maintain Plant Quality MIS and coordinate stakeholders for actions.

Job Purpose

Process Quality Specialist in Tractor Assembly and Painting operations having 10 – 15 years of experience in Automotive / Agriculture with key analytical and problem‑solving skills. Conducting process quality audits, assembly inspections and ensuring compliances on Critical to Quality, Poka‑yoke, Process Controls etc. Working in close coordination with CFT for daily analysis of defects, attribution and PDCA follow ups. Exposure to ISO auditing, manufacturing quality system and advanced tools like SPC , Six Sigma would be highly preferable.

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out analysis & coordination for required action plan for quality issues observed in Drive line ensuring defect free supply to internal & External customers.

Deployment of Voice of Customer (VOC) communication at the inspection stations (Quality gates ) through proper Q-Alerts.
Monitor and track the quality indicators on daily/weekly /monthly basis, timely attribution and PDCA follow ups.
Analysis of EHF, DQR defects and driving closure of same with the attribution as per 4M1D.
Work with CFT / drive for the implementation of robust & technical solutions for Customer Issues
Conducting daily quality meeting with Production Team & CFT members on critical quality issues.
Plant Quality MIS on daily/ Weekly/Monthly basis (Drive Line) and coordination with concerned stake holders ensuring action plan in place.
