HCL Technologies Limited is seeking a Cyber Learning Programme Delivery Manager to design, coordinate and realise cyber capability development initiatives. The role focuses on learner engagement, attendance, completion rates and realisation of learning benefits across AWS, SANS, AI bootcamps and vendor-led training.
It requires strong coordination, stakeholder engagement and reporting capabilities, with fluency in English and excellent MS Office skills.
The Cyber Learning Programme Delivery Manager is responsible for the successful design, coordination, administration, learner engagement, and benefits realisation of People Security's cyber capability development programmes. The role will support the Bank's expanding cyber learning investment portfolio, including AWS training, Hack The Box, SANS certifications, AI and Digital Assets bootcamps, vendor-led training, internally developed e-learning, and strategic cyber capability initiatives. The role will ensure learners are nominated, enrolled, engaged and supported throughout the learning journey, maximising attendance, completion rates and return on training investment. The role will also leverage behavioural science techniques, including nudges, social proof and manager reinforcement, to drive participation and learning completion across targeted populations.
