Vehere Inc. is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Technical Trainer with deep technical expertise to design, develop, and deliver high-quality training programs, hands-on labs, and learning content across multiple cybersecurity domains and product lines.

Working with PM, engineering, and SMEs, you will create engaging learning experiences for employees, customers, and partners, enabling successful adoption of security solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/IT/Cyber Security or Instructional Design.
• Minimum 7 years in technical training, with 2+ years in leadership.
• Proven ability to deliver instructor‑led, VILT and hands‑on training.
• Experience creating CBT/e-learning content, videos, and digital assets.
• Experience designing, building and managing lab environments.

Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Cyber Security Technical Trainer with deep technical expertise and a passion for knowledge sharing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality technical training programs, hands‑on labs, and learning content across multiple cybersecurity domains and product lines. Working closely with product management, engineering teams, and subject matter experts, the candidate will create engaging learning experiences and provide instructor‑led and virtual training for employees, customers, and partners, ensuring successful adoption and effective use of our security solutions.

Key Role & Responsibilities

Technical Expertise

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity domains, including Endpoint Security, Network Security, Cloud Security, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Security Operations.
• Ability to analyze technical requirements and recommend appropriate security solutions and learning paths.
• Ability to quickly learn and gain deep expertise in emerging cybersecurity technologies and product.

Training & Content Development

• Demonstrated expertise in developing technical courseware, learning paths, labs, assessments, and training documentation.
• Portfolio or samples showcasing instructional design and technical content development capabilities.

Learning Technologies

• Hands‑on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning analytics tools.
• Familiarity with authoring tools and platforms used for technical training development.

Soft Skills & Leadership

• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills with strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Experience leading training teams, managing projects, and driving learning outcomes.
• Adhere to high-quality work standards.
• Responsible for maintaining Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of Vehere’s information assets including business critical information.
