Job summary

Zensar is seeking a seasoned Program Manager/Director to lead the setup of a new product in the Financial Services domain. The role requires techno-functional leadership, SAFe certification, and a track record in banking, finance or payments environments.

You will collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to align delivery with business goals, manage capacity and releases, and guide software engineering teams through complex programs and GenAI initiatives.

Key skills : Program Manager/Director, setting up new product (Financial services), Techno-functional background, SAFe agile certified ; and Product development experience preferably in Banking /Finance/Payments set up, Stakeholder management (Internal/external/Vendors)

• Prior Java/Microservices engineering background
• Strong Agile/SAFe expertise
• Capacity planning & release management experience
• Ability to communicate with architects and product owners at the same level
• Exposure to AI/GenAI programs
• Preferably Payments experience
