Job summary

Pri India It Services in Pune is seeking an experienced PMT to bridge Product and Engineering teams, combining strong communication with technical acumen to translate requirements into actionable work.

You will review draft requirements, validate feasibility through data analysis, and produce BRDs to guide discovery and delivery, collaborating with SMEs, Product, and Engineering while coordinating across time zones.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product/tech roles with strong analytical capabilities.
• Experience in payment systems and API-driven environments is preferred.
• Solid understanding of data analysis, SQL, and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Review draft requirements from Product to ensure they are detailed for engineering.

Role Overview

The PMT acts as a bridge between Product and Engineering teams, requiring strong communication skills and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Review draft requirements from Product to ensure they are detailed enough for Engineering elaboration.
• Perform data analysis to validate feasibility of requirements.
• Create detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) to capture all requirements during discovery and ensure successful delivery.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of payment flows (Authorization, Clearing, ISO8583, A2A Payments)
• Strong data analysis skills
• Strong SQL skills for analyzing data in Data Warehouse and Core DB environments
• Strong understanding of REST API best practices
• Experience using API tools and Copilot

Work Arrangement

• 8-hour workday with at least 4 hours overlapping with EST time zone
• Participate in standups and collaborate directly with SMEs, Product, and Engineering teams
• Involves calls, emails, and stakeholder relationship management
• Remote / Pune
