Kadel Labs – Startup Studio in Udaipur seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager with 15–22 years of experience managing complex IT programs. You will lead end-to-end delivery, define strategy and governance, and partner with senior leadership to align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• 15–22 years of experience in managing complex IT projects and technology programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large IT projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Define project strategy, objectives, roadmap and governance structures.
• Manage cross-functional teams including software engineers, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, business analysts.
• Translate business requirements into technical plans and measurable outcomes.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.

Job Summary We are looking for an accomplished Senior Technical Project Manager with 15–22 years of experience in managing complex IT projects and technology programs. The role requires strong technical understanding, strategic planning, leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive large-scale projects from initiation through successful delivery.

Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex, and multi-disciplinary IT projects within scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards.

Define project strategy, objectives , roadmap, milestones, governance structure, and delivery plans.

Manage cross-functional teams comprising software engineers, architects, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, business analysts, and other technology professionals.

Partner with senior leadership, clients, and business stakeholders to establish priorities and ensure alignment with organizational objectives .

Translate business requirements into technical solutions, project plans, deliverables, and measurable outcomes.

Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and change requests.

Oversee project financials, budgets, resource utilization , capacity planning, and vendor management.

Establish project governance, reporting mechanisms, KPIs, and executive-level status reporting.

Drive Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies based on project requirements.

Ensure compliance with architecture, security, quality, regulatory, and organizational standards.

Resolve critical project escalations and facilitate effective decision-making across teams.

Mentor project managers and technical teams while promoting continuous improvement and delivery excellence.

Manage client relationships, expectations, communications, and stakeholder escalations.

Drive project closure, lessons learned, documentation, and post-implementation reviews.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

MBA, Master’s degree, or equivalent qualification in Technology/Management is preferred.

PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is preferred.
