Job summary

Weekday is seeking an experienced TPF Developer for a client engagement with multiple location options in India. The role requires deep expertise in TPF, z/TPF, Assembler, TPFC, and TPFDF, with strong mainframe background and hands-on software development capabilities.

The candidate will design, develop, maintain, and optimise applications within TPF/z-TPF environments, provide production support, and work with CI tools and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable software solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–15 years of overall technical experience.
• Minimum 4 years of software development experience.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in TPF and z/TPF development.
• Strong expertise in z/TPF, Assembler, TPFC, TPFDF and SPMs.
• Proven experience with software development and CI tools.
• Strong understanding of mainframe and TPF environments.
• Hands-on experience in application design, coding, debugging and testing.
• Experience troubleshooting issues in test and production environments.
• Ability to understand business requirements and convert to technical specs.

Responsibilities
