The ideal candidate has 3–15 years in relevant tech, deep mainframe knowledge, and strong debugging and documentation skills. Location options include major Indian cities; full-time role with on-site work.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, code, debug, and test applications using TPF, z/TPF, Assembler, TPFC, and TPFDF.
• Develop and maintain software solutions within mainframe and TPF environments.
• Work with SPMs and relevant development tools to support application development and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across testing and production environments.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to software development and application functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to deliver reliable and efficient software solutions.
• Support production implementations, including on‑call responsibilities and post‑implementation warranty support.
• Identify opportunities to improve application stability, performance, and overall system reliability.
• Assist the Technical Product Manager with release planning and requirement preparation.
• Contribute to development processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
