Job summary

Rocket India is seeking a detail-oriented Total Rewards analyst to help compile and maintain compensation data, job reports, and related records across Workday and SharePoint. This role is ideal for someone who loves data, precision, and building reliable datasets.

You will support market surveys, maintain job profiles and configurations in Workday and Payfactors, and prepare reports that inform salary ranges and compensation structures.

Qualifications

• MBA (HR) or MSW or equivalent postgraduate degree.
• 0–2 years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards or HR support roles.
• Excel proficiency for data organization, basic modeling, and data analysis.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage assigned tasks independently and work effectively with structured datasets.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to document and present information effectively.

Responsibilities

• Compile, maintain, and update compensation data, job reports, and other Total Rewards records across Workday and SharePoint to ensure information is always current and reliable.
• Support compensation survey participation by gathering, organizing, and validating data for timely and accurate submission to market survey providers.
• Assist with maintaining job profiles, job families, and compensation-related configurations in Workday and Payfactors.
• Track and maintain compensation transaction records — including bonuses, retention awards, and other rewards-related data — with a sharp eye for detail.
• Prepare reports and maintain supporting documentation to assist with salary range and compensation structure administration.
• Support the administration of employee benefit programs, including insurance enrollments, policy updates, and documentation management.
• Serve as a first point of contact for routine employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits, escalating complex issues to senior team members when needed.
• Uphold data accuracy and documentation standards while supporting the execution of compensation and benefits processes in accordance with established procedures.

About You

Minimum Qualifications

• Full-time MBA (HR) / MSW or equivalent postgraduate degree.
• 0–2 years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or HR support roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data organization, basic modeling, and data analysis.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage assigned tasks independently and work effectively with structured datasets.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to document and present information effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of compensation surveys, pay structures, and job evaluation concepts.
• Experience working in organized, process-driven environments.
• Relevant internships or academic exposure to Compensation, Benefits, HR Analytics, or Total Rewards.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday or compensation tools like Payfactors.
• A genuine willingness to learn and grow within the compensation and benefits field.
