Job summary

Vaisesika Consulting Pvt Ltd is seeking a Tosca Automation Test Engineer with 7+ years of Software Testing experience. The role is remote and full-time, with hands-on Tosca automation, API testing, and CI/CD integration.

You will design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts, collaborate across teams, and mentor junior engineers to elevate QA practices. Required skills include strong Tosca expertise, API testing, defect management, and a solid understanding of SDLC/STLC and Agile.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca Automation.
• Strong knowledge of Test Automation Frameworks, Functional/Regression/Integration/End-to-End Testing.
• Experience in API Testing using Tosca/API Scan.
• Proficiency in defect management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in test case design and test data management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca.
• Analyze requirements and create comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and system testing activities.
• Develop reusable automation components to improve testing efficiency.
• Collaborate with BAs, Developers, POs, and QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide testability feedback.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects throughout the SDLC.
• Integrate Tosca automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
• Prepare and maintain automation reports, dashboards, and quality metrics.
• Support UAT activities and production validation testing.
• Mentor junior automation engineers and promote QA best practices.
