This is a Permanent Role with a valued client of Hashone Careers.

We are seeking an experienced Tosca Automation Lead / Test Architect to design, implement, and manage end‑to‑end test automation solutions across web, mobile, API, database, and SAP applications. The role requires strong expertise in Tricentis Tosca, CI/CD integration, and enterprise‑scale test automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca
• Automate testing for Web, Mobile, API, Database, and SAP applications
• Set up, configure, and maintain test environments across the automation lifecycle
• Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines
• Manage and optimize test execution, reporting, and defect tracking workflows
• Ensure proper change control and environment governance during test delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders across QA, DevOps, and Innovation teams
• Maintain and enhance the automation repository and reusable libraries
• Implement Tosca best practices, including custom controls and scalable automation design
• Support Tosca installation, rollout, and upgrades across environments

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–10 years of experience in test automation, with strong expertise in Tricentis Tosca
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in Tosca automation development
• Strong experience in Web, Mobile UI, API, and Database automation
• Proven experience in SAP test automation using Tosca
• Hands‑on knowledge of:
  • Test Case Design (TCD)
  • Test Data Management (TDM)
  • Tosca Libraries and reusable components
  • Tosca CI integration
  • Common repository management
• Experience with CI/CD tools and continuous testing practices
• Proficiency in test and defect management tools such as:
  • Jira
  • Confluence
  • HP ALM / Quality Center

Preferred Qualifications

• Tosca certifications such as Test Architect (TA1), Product Consultant, or Delivery Expert
• Experience in implementing enterprise‑scale automation frameworks
• Strong understanding of continuous integration and delivery pipelines
• Ability to develop and manage custom controls and reusable automation componentsStrong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
