Job summary

Expleo in Chennai seeks an experienced QA Automation Engineer with strong Tosca expertise to design, develop and maintain automated test suites across Web, mainframe and desktop applications. You will also validate API tests using Tosca and manage Tosca certifications.

The role involves test planning, execution, maintenance and coordinating with Tricentis for issue resolution, while adopting best practices and supporting CI/CD efforts in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in automation testing with Tosca across Web, mainframe and desktop applications.
• Hands-on testing for API using Tosca.
• Tosca AS1/AS2/AE1/TDS and API certifications (min 3-4).
• Test planning, design, execution, maintenance and troubleshooting for Tosca.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design test strategies for Tosca automation.
• Execute automation scripts and publish reports.
• Analyze Tosca failures and coordinate incident management.
• Collaborate with Tricentis for issue resolution and apply best practices.
• Support DEX/CI-CD initiatives and explore Selenium where applicable.
• Mentor small project teams and participate in Agile ceremonies.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• - Experience in automation testing - TOSCA mandatory.
• -Good communication and presentation skills
• Hands on Automation Testing experience for different technologies (Web/Mainframe/Desktop based application) ,API using Tosca.
• - TOSCA Certifications AS1, AS2, AE1 ,TDS and API certifications ( min 3-4 certifications)
• - Responsible for test planning, Test designing, Test execution, maintenance and troubleshooting issues related to TOSCA
• - Execute test automation scripts and Publish test reports
• - Responsible for independently analyzing the failures arising out of TOSCA
• - Should be able to articulate issues in TOSCA via incident management & Coordinate with Tricentis for issue resolution
• - Should be able to articulate & adopt Tricentis best practices
• - Experience in DEX & CI/CD - Preferable but not mandatory
• - Experience in other automation tool like selenium preferable but not mandatory
• - Should be able to manage small teams on the project
• - Working knowledge in Agile Environment is preferable
• - Good communication and presentation skills
