LTM is seeking an experienced QA Automation lead in Chennai to drive Tosca administration, qTest integration, and cloud-based test execution. You will architect scalable automation frameworks, mentor teams, and ensure best practices across SAP and enterprise applications.

The role emphasizes Tosca Cloud, DevOps integrations (Azure DevOps, Jenkins), and governance to deliver reliable automation solutions aligned with QA standards. Strong leadership and communication are required.

Qualifikationen

• 5-10 years of overall QA/Test Automation experience.
• 5 years of hands-on Tosca experience.
• Experience with SAP and enterprise application testing preferred.
• Strong Tosca Administration, qTest DEX and CloudSaaS-based test management experience.

Aufgaben

• Tosca Administration: setup, configure, and maintain Tosca Commander, Tosca Server, and shared repositories; manage access and security; monitor health and performance.
• qTest Administration & Integration: configure projects and user access; integrate Tosca with qTest for traceability and reporting; manage test assets and dashboards.
• Tosca Cloud Activities: manage cloud execution, configure agents and CI/CD integrations (Azure DevOps, Jenkins); enable scalable parallel execution and ensure stability.
• Automation Architecture Delivery: define enterprise automation framework; design reusable modules; drive automation adoption across SAP and enterprise apps; ensure QA alignment.
• Leadership Governance: mentor engineers and leads; drive solution reviews, effort estimates, roadmaps, and stakeholder reporting; support presales automation assessments.

Key Responsibilities

Tosca Administration

• Setup configure and maintain Tosca Commander Tosca Server and shared repositories
• Administer user access licenses workspaces and rolebased security
• Monitor platform health performance and system utilization

qTest Administration Integration

• Configure and administer qTest projects and user access
• Integrate Tosca with qTest for requirement traceability and execution reporting
• Manage test assets execution results and automation reporting within qTest
• Support dashboards metrics and automation governance reporting
• Collaborate with project teams to establish best practices for test management

Tosca Cloud Activities

• Manage Tosca Cloud execution and automation lifecycle activities
• Configure cloud agents and execution environments
• Support CICD integrations with Azure DevOps Jenkins and other DevOps platforms
• Enable scalable unattended and parallel execution strategies
• Ensure automation environment stability and performance optimization

Automation Architecture Delivery

• Define enterprise automation strategy and framework standards
• Design reusable modules libraries and TestCase Design solutions
• Conduct framework reviews and automation health assessments
• Drive automation adoption across SAP Web API and enterprise applications
• Ensure automation solutions align with organizational QA standards and best practices

Leadership Governance

• Lead and mentor automation engineers and test leads
• Conduct solution reviews effort estimations and architecture discussions
• Engage with stakeholders and provide automation roadmaps and status reporting
• Support presales solutioning and automation assessments
• Drive continuous improvement and automation maturity initiatives
