Job summary

Wipro is seeking an experienced Dynatrace specialist to lead end-to-end installation, configuration and integration in complex On-Prem/Cloud/Hybrid environments in India. You will drive advanced APM deployments, performance analysis and cross-functional collaboration with client teams.

Key responsibilities include delivering techno-presales support, designing solutions, documenting issues for knowledge sharing and mentoring peers on Dynatrace best practices and new features.

Qualifications

• 8-9 years of Dynatrace implementation experience in complex environments (On-Prem/Cloud/Hybrid).
• Must have Implementor Certification in Dynatrace (Associate or Professional).
• Experience with DT Gen3 isolation, managed SaaS with Davis AI experience.
• Agent installation and integration experience.
• Understanding of AIOps and Dynatrace feature evolutions.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end execution and implementation of Dynatrace solutions.
• Involvement in techno-presales activities and solution design for enterprise IT estates.
• Document resolved issues for knowledge management and cross-train peers.
• Present and demonstrate Application Performance Management to prospective clients.
• Coordinate with vendors for customized solutions and best-practice adoption.

• 8-9 Years of relevant experience in end-to-end execution and implementation of Dynatracesolutions on complex customer environments - On-Prem/Cloud/Hybrid Cloud
• Involve in projects needingDynatracesolution from inception, poc to complete implementation.
• Involve in Techno-Presales Activities and Solution Designing of various Enterprise IT estates of customers from different domain
• Should document resolved issues in an effective manner for knowledge management, cross-train peers with tool usage and assist in creation of best-practices, work independently on multiple assignments, proactively prioritizing focus and effort
• Present and demonstrate Application Performance Management to the prospective clients.
• Should understand the challenges of customers, co-ordinate with vendor for a customized solution if needed.
• Bring in best practices of the product to leverage the capabilities to the best.
• Understanding of evolutions and trends in the area of AIOps closing following the life cycle of new features ofDynatrace
• Should have experience in isolation of DTin Gen3 platform,managed Saas platform with Davis AI experience.
• Mandatory should have Certification in DT either inAssociate or Professional.

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role to analyse client technology environments, create low-level design inputs, and integrate technology components to existing client environment for a specific technology.

Area of Responsibility

Requirement Analysis-Participate in client discussions to gather information regarding platform constraints, technology stacks, and performance expectations of a specific technology.

Designing-Create low-level design inputs for assigned technology and provides technical viewpoints for specific components as per the standards and best practices.

Integration assessment and support-Assess and evaluate client technology environment to support integration of technology components and ensure system-level technical compatibility.

Troubleshooting-Support testing activities for technology components and work with developers and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot errors during deployment phases.
