Job summary

Steerway Business Consultants in Gujarat seeks a senior Lead Foundry Tool Room professional to oversee Pattern, Core Box, Core Mask and Tooling development for HP, Arpa, Shell and LFC processes.

You will manage CNC/VMC operations, tooling trials, new parts, yield and vendor coordination to ensure quality, cost control and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Production or Tool Engineering with 10–15+ years’ foundry tooling experience.
• Knowledge of CNC/VMC, patterns, core boxes, MAGMASOFT, gating and methoding.

Responsibilities

• Lead Foundry Tool Room operations including Pattern, Core Box, Core Mask & Tooling development for HP, Arpa, Shell & LFC processes.
• Manage CNC/VMC, tooling trials, new parts, yield, rejection, vendors, cost and team to ensure quality, cost and delivery.
