Job summary

Unitech Plasto Components is seeking a skilled Tool Room Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in tool room operations, mould maintenance, and tooling activities in Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu. You will ensure mould readiness and support troubleshooting to keep production running smoothly.

This role focuses on maintaining tooling, coordinate with maintenance and production teams, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in tool room operations and mould maintenance.
• Hands-on knowledge of tooling activities and troubleshooting.
• Ability to ensure mould readiness for production.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate the tool room to support production.
• Perform mould maintenance and preventive checks.
• Carry out tooling activities as required by the production schedule.
• Troubleshoot tooling issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure mould readiness prior to each production run.
