Job summary

Stam Digital Tooling in Chennai is seeking a Tool Maker / CNC Operator to safely operate turning and milling machines, set up tools and workpieces, and perform in-process inspections. You will follow CNC programs, adjust offsets, replace tools, and document production and inspection results, ensuring 5S standards and coordination with QA teams.

The ideal candidate has ITI or Diploma in Mechanical/Production or Tool & Die, 0–6 years CNC experience, and strong reading of drawings with GD&T

Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Tool & Die or related field.
• 0–6 years CNC milling/turning experience in tooling/manufacturing.
• Reading drawings and basic GD&T knowledge required.
• Familiar with G-code/M-code and precision measuring instruments.

• Machine Operations: Safely operate CNC turning and milling machines according to production requirements.
