Job summary

Tekskills is seeking an experienced TM1 Developer to lead end-to-end TM1 projects in Pune. The role requires 8+ years of TM1 development, expertise in building cubes, dimensions and business rules, and optimizing performance. You will implement TM1 security models and work across geographies, mentoring others while embracing DevOps and Agile practices.

The ideal candidate communicates effectively, can work independently, and mentors teammates in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ Years TM1 Development experience.
• Expertise in developing end to end solutions from ground up in TM1.
• Capability to Develop TM1 objects (Cubes, Dimensions, Business Rules) without using wizards.
• Experience with TM1 performance optimisation (feeder & skip checks).
• Expert in IBM Planning Analytics 2.0.
• Strong knowledge of MDX, SQL, Excel, Visual Basic, relational databases.
• Proficiency with TM1 security functionality and design of a security layer for the data model.
• Must have good verbal communication skills; ability to work across geographies.
• Can work independently without supervision; self-motivated and a team player.
• DevOps and Agile engineering practitioner, test driven development; excellent communication & team spirit.

Responsibilities

• 8+ years TM1 development experience and ownership of TM1 projects.
• Develop end-to-end TM1 solutions from ground up.
• Create TM1 objects (cubes, dimensions, business rules) without wizards.
• Optimize TM1 performance through feeders and skip checks.
• Demonstrate expertise in IBM Planning Analytics 2.0.
• Leverage MDX/SQL/Excel/VB and relational databases in solutions.
• Design and implement TM1 security layers for data models.
• Collaborate across geographies and communicate effectively.
• Work independently with minimal supervision; mentor others.
• Contribute to DevOps and Agile practices, and drive test-driven development.
