Job summary

Tekskills is seeking a senior TM1 developer with 8+ years of hands-on TM1 experience to design and deliver end-to-end TM1 solutions. You will build cubes, dimensions, and business rules without wizards, optimize performance, and apply IBM Planning Analytics 2.0 features.

Strong MDX/SQL/Excel/VB skills and security design are essential. You will work across geographies, independently and as a leader in DevOps and Agile teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years TM1 development experience
• Expertise in building end-to-end TM1 solutions from ground up
• Ability to develop TM1 objects (Cubes, Dimensions, Rules) without wizards
• Experience with TM1 performance optimisation ( feeders, skip checks )
• Expert in IBM Planning Analytics 2.0
• Strong knowledge of MDX, SQL, Excel, Visual Basic, relational databases
• Proficiency with TM1 security and designing a security layer for data model
• Good verbal communication and ability to work across geographies
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Self-motivated, confident team player who leads by example
• DevOps and Agile engineering practitioner, test driven development
• Excellent communication and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Develop TM1 solutions end-to-end from ground up
• Create TM1 cubes, dimensions, and business rules without wizards
• Optimize TM1 performance including feeders and skip checks
• Leverage IBM Planning Analytics 2.0 features
• Work with MDX, SQL, Excel, and Visual Basic in TM1 contexts
• Design robust TM1 security models for data access
• Communicate effectively with global teams
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Mentor others and lead by example
