PeopleStrong in Chennai invites applications for a KYC/data operations role within Retail Operations. You will prepare calling files, pull data from systems and RM files, and share filtered data for calling and appointment planning with agents.

Additionally, you will oversee Video KYC completion per ABFL guidelines, update the tracker daily, and support new process improvement ideas and Kaizen initiatives to enhance efficiency.

Formación

• Knowledge of KYC processes and regulatory requirements.
• Post Graduate qualification.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare calling file and compile data from systems and RM-provided files.
• Fix appointments and allocate to agents by time slots; update tracker when unreachable.
• Coordinate with agents to update Video KYC status; share daily updates with supervisor.
• Complete Video KYC within ABFL regulatory guidelines; maintain trackers.
• Track Kaizens registered and YB completions; contribute to new initiatives and process improvements.

Prepare Calling file

Data needs to be collected from System and files shared by RM. Data will be filtered as per the defined terms and will be shared for calling.

Appointment Fixing

Fixing Appointments and allocating it to Agent as per the available time slot. Incase customer is not reachable then need to update in the tracker so that Relationship Manager can take further action. Co-ordinate with respective agents for updating Video KYC status. Share daily update with the superior.

Completing Video KYC

Completing Video KYC as per Regulatory Guidelines. Ensuring proper verification is done and completing the Video KYC within the prescribed timeline as per ABFL Guidelines. Sharing the daily update and tracker with concern team.

No of Kaizens registered and YB completed

New Initiatives and Process improvement ideas and execution of those ideas is critical
