Job summary

Aditya Birla Capital Ltd. in Tamil Nadu is seeking an operations associate to support client engagement processes. You will gather data from systems and RM-shared files, prepare calling files, and ensure data is filtered per defined terms for calling.

You will fix appointments and allocate slots to agents, update trackers when customers are not reachable, and coordinate Video KYC in line with ABFL guidelines. You will also contribute to Kaizen initiatives and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare calling file by collecting data from system and files shared by RM; filter per terms and share for calling.
• Fix appointments and assign to agents per available time slots; if customer is not reachable, update tracker for RM follow-up.
• Completing Video KYC as per regulatory guidelines; ensure proper verification and timely completion per ABFL guidelines; share daily updates.
• Track Kaizens (continuous improvement ideas) registered and YB completed; drive new initiatives and process improvements.

Prepare Calling file

Data needs to be collected from System and files shared by RM. Data will be filtered as per the defined terms and will be shared for calling.

Appointment Fixing

Fixing Appointments and allocating it to Agent as per the available time slot. Incase customer is not reachable then need to update in the tracker so that Relationship Manager can take further action. Co-ordinate with respective agents for updating Video KYC status. Share daily update with the superior.

Completing Video KYC

Completing Video KYC as per Regulatory Guidelines. Ensuring proper verification is done and completing the Video KYC within the prescribed timeline as per ABFL Guidelines. Sharing the daily update and tracker with concern team.

No of Kaizens registered and YB completed

New Initiatives and Process improvement ideas and execution of those ideas is critical
