Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Robotics, Automation, or SPMs.
• Experience in robot programming and PLC knowledge.
• Experience in automating manufacturing processes with robotics and SPS.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and repair of automation equipment, including robots and PLCs.
• Assist in developing and implementing robot programs for multiple brands.
• Assist in designing and implementing PLC programs on Mitsubishi/Siemens/Allen Bradley.
• Assist in QMS documentation and PM activities to ensure uptime.
• Support spare parts management and equipment sustainability.
• Contribute to lean manufacturing initiatives and root cause analysis.

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Technician tomaintain, troubleshoot, and repair automation equipment. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Robotics, Automation, or Special Purpose Machines, and experience in robot programming, PLC knowledge, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and Repair: Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automation equipment, including robots, PLCs, and special purpose machines.


• Robot Programming: Assist in developing and implementing robot programs for ABB, FANUC, KUKA, EPSON, SODICK, and PANASONIC robots.


• PLC Knowledge: Assist in designing, developing, and implementing PLC programs using Mitsubishi, Siemens, and Allen Bradley platforms.


• Automation: Assist in automating manufacturing processes using robotics, PLCs, and special purpose machines.


• QMS Documentation: Assist in developing and maintaining Quality Management System (QMS) documentation.


• PM Activity: Assist in planning and executing Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities to ensure equipment sustainability.


• Spare Parts Management: Assist in managing spare parts inventory to minimize downtime.


• Equipment Sustainability: Assist in implementing measures to ensure equipment sustainability and extend its lifespan.


• Root Cause Analysis: Assist in conducting root cause analysis to identify and resolve equipment issues.


• Lean Manufacturing: Assist in implementing lean manufacturing principles to optimize production processes.

Essential Attributes:

• Robot Programming: Experience in programming robots from ABB, FANUC, KUKA, EPSON, SODICK, and PANASONIC.


• PLC Knowledge: Knowledge of PLC programming using Mitsubishi, Siemens, and Allen Bradley platforms.


• Automation: Experience in automating manufacturing processes using robotics, PLCs, and special purpose machines.


• QMS Documentation: Experience in developing and maintaining QMS documentation.


• PM Activity: Knowledge of PM activities and their implementation.


• Spare Parts Management: Experience in managing spare parts inventory.


• Equipment Sustainability: Knowledge of measures to ensure equipment sustainability.


• Root Cause Analysis: Experience in conducting root cause analysis.


• Lean Manufacturing: Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.

Education:

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Robotics, Automation, or Special Purpose Machines.

Experience:

• 3-6 years of experience in automation, preferably in the EMS industry.
