Job Description

As a Technical Lead, embedded in a mobile Agile team of Software and QA Engineers, you will lead the team in creating mobile software products utilizing state‑of‑the‑art technologies. You will be hands‑on, involved in designing mobile applications and flexible services that expose core capabilities to different applications and user bases, and leading teams to achieve the vision through active mentoring, technical decision‑making, and facilitating company‑wide collaboration.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop new features and support/bug‑fix existing features.
• Ensure production readiness and deployment.
• Troubleshoot issues across the entire stack—OS, DB, applications, JavaScript, and network.

• Hands‑on with AI‑assisted coding platforms (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude) and AI integration in .NET/cloud apps.
• Proficient with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of high‑performance and high‑availability design.
• Experience with security best practices for software and data platforms.
• Collaboration with engineering teams and business units to design solutions.
