• Lead architecture, design, and development of enterprise web and mobile applications.
• Build scalable backend services using .NET Core, C#, REST APIs, and gRPC.
• Drive application security, performance optimization, and scalability initiatives.
• Conduct architecture reviews, design reviews, and code reviews.
• Define and enforce engineering best practices and coding standards.
• Lead and mentor a cross‑functional engineering team of 10–15 developers.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, UX Designers, and business stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical guidance and conduct knowledge‑sharing sessions.
• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements.
• Translate requirements into technical designs and delivery plans.
• Communicate project status, technical risks, and dependencies effectively.
• Drive sprint planning, estimations, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
