Job summary

Amor Management Consultants seeks a Senior Plant Head Operations to lead a high-pressure aluminium die-casting plant with end-to-end P&L responsibility. You will drive production, quality, cost control, productivity, maintenance and on-time delivery while ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.

The role requires 18–25+ years in auto components with deep aluminium die casting and machining operations experience, leading large teams and implementing Lean/TPM practices.

Qualifications

• Senior role leading end-to-end P&L of a high-pressure die-casting plant.
• Strong expertise in aluminium die casting (HPDC & GDC) and machining operations.
• Proven ability to drive production planning, quality, cost control, productivity and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee P&L and financial performance of the plant.
• Drive production planning, productivity, capacity utilization and OEE.
• Lead die-casting operations and manufacturing excellence.
• Manage quality, reduce rejects and rework.
• Optimize costs and improve operational efficiency.
• Lead maintenance, process improvement and downtime reduction.
• Ensure delivery performance and high customer satisfaction.
• Develop and mentor the team; promote continuous improvement, Lean/TPM and standardization.

The role will focus on driving operational excellence across production, quality, cost control, productivity, maintenance, and delivery, while ensuring profitability and sustainable business growth.
