Job summary

Fresenius Kabi is seeking a Therapy Manager to drive sales and market presence across Chennai, Kolkata, and Goa. The role involves building strong doctor and key customer relationships, promoting the product mix, and conducting visits and CME activities.

The candidate should have 0–5 years in Pharmaceutical Sales, with a graduate degree (B.Pharm/B.Sc.) and MBA Marketing as an added advantage. This field-based position requires regular travel to multiple locations within India.

Qualifications

• Good communication, presentation & interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical Sales is 0–5 years.
• MBA Marketing is a plus for role in sales strategy.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales & business targets.
• Create demand and promote Fresenius Kabi products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Doctors & Key Customers.
• Conduct regular doctor/customer visits as per planned frequency.
• Promote appropriate product mix and generate orders.
• Conduct CME / Doctor Meets and product awareness activities.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
• Visit stockists/stock points and ensure timely order processing.
• Handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
• Maintain daily call reports and other required reports in SMMS.
