Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead textile design strategy and direction for the brand.
• Oversee print, motif and surface development across collections.
• Plan seasonal SS/AW collections and manage color palette concepts.
• Drive craft innovation and artisan collaborations.
• Collaborate with vendors and sourcing teams; oversee costing, sampling and profitability.
• Mentor and lead design team to achieve design excellence.
