Role Responsibilities

At least 10+ Years of QA Project Management experience with Playwright, Selenium Automation. Lamdatest, PostmanShould be well versed with people management and problem-solving skills

This role oversees the delivery of AI-powered testing services across multiple application streams
Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve factory efficiency
Ensure CI/CD integration across Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and JIRA/X-Ray pipelines
Own the roadmap for AI Copilot phases planned in TF

• Develop and execute automation scripts on Desktop, Web,iOS Mobile native apps
  Experience on TestComplete. Selenium tools and data amalysis
  Experience in Retail eCommerce Domain
  Java, Programming Knowledge & Automation - Selenium Tool Scripting
  Excellent software debugging and problem solving skills
  Consult with development engineers in resolution of problems
  Analyze test results to ensure existing functionality

Note; Project Management Expert level, top class members with excellent communication skills, problem solving skills, enthusiastic and ability to learn quickly and contribute and grow.

Must have qualifications

• Good Understanding on s/w testing & expertise on Managing Testing Projects
  Drive the adoption and evolution of AI-powered testing tools — GitHub Copilot and AI platform
  This role oversees the delivery of AI-powered testing services across multiple application streams
  Strong experience on building Automation Testing strategy and a driving force towards implementing innovation solutions that addresses the entire breadth of client applications in the evolving world of digital and retail platforms
  experience in defining end to end testing strategy for enterprise companies across web, mobile, desktop and implementing testing process for global digital platforms.
  Strong knowledge on AI tools/ Functional/e2e/API testing and Automation frameworks
  Preparing Test Metrics document. Interacting with developers and business analysts to resolve all testing-related issues.
