About The Opportunity

A fast-growing learning solutions provider in the Technology Training & EdTech sector, specializing in hands‑on software quality engineering and test automation upskilling for enterprises and individual professionals. We deliver live virtual classrooms, on‑demand modules, and client‑specific bootcamps that translate industry best practices into measurable learner outcomes.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design and deliver instructor‑led and virtual hands‑on courses in CI/CD, Ansible, GiT & GiTops, DevSec Ops, etc.
• Create labs, real‑world projects, and assessments that enable learners to build production‑ready automation frameworks and demonstrable portfolios.
• Customize training content to client tech stacks and emerging practices (BDD, test design, parallel execution, cloud/device farms).
• Coach and mentor participants: conduct live code reviews, practical assessments, mock interviews, and provide actionable feedback to accelerate job readiness.
• Collaborate with curriculum, product, and delivery teams to iterate on course materials, keep content current, and measure training effectiveness through learner outcomes and metrics.
• Maintain and publish reproducible training repositories, CI/CD demo pipelines, and sample automation frameworks for learners to reuse.

Skills & Qualifications

Must‑Have

• Proven experience delivering instructor‑led or virtual training programs in test automation and quality engineering.
• Hands‑on expertise with Selenium WebDriver.
• Hands‑on experience with Appium or Cypress for mobile/web automation.
• Strong scripting/programming skills in Java or JavaScript.
• Experience building automation frameworks and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or equivalent).
• Ability to design practical labs, assessments, and evaluate learner competency with measurable outcomes.

Preferred

• Experience with BDD tools (Cucumber) and test runners (TestNG / JUnit).
• API testing experience (REST Assured / Postman) and test automation for services.
• Familiarity with cloud/device farms (BrowserStack / Saucelabs) and Git‑based workflows.
