Job Description:

As a Software Testing Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training sessions, mentoring students, and guiding them through hands‑on projects to prepare them for successful careers in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on Manual Testing, Test Automation, API Testing.
• Guide students through real‑world scenarios and practical exercises, helping them master various tools and techniques.
• Evaluate student performance through assessments, quizzes, and projects.
• Provide mentorship and career guidance to students during and after the training program.
• Conduct mock interviews and group discussions to help students prepare for industry job roles.
• Support students with project‑based learning and ensure they complete their final projects with industry‑relevant standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Expert knowledge in Manual Testing, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, API Testing (Postman, Rest Assured).
• 2+ years of experience in Software Testing, Test Automation.
• Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in delivering training in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
• Ability to guide and mentor students in hands‑on environments and support their learning through practical projects.
• Experience with JIRA, Maven, and CI pipelines (highly desirable).
• Certification in ISTQB or Selenium (preferred).
• Experience in delivering online and offline training sessions is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Having training experience in this domain is preferred.
• Teaching experience in Software Testing or Automation.
• Knowledge of Behavior‑Driven Development (BDD) using Cucumber and Gherkin syntax.
