Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Test Engineer / Lead with over 8 years of experience in software testing, specializing in performance testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance testing methodologies and tools, with a proven track record of designing and executing performance tests for web applications, APIs, and end-to-end business flows.

• Design and execute performance tests including Load, Stress, Endurance, Volume, and Failover testing.
• Develop performance test strategies, workload modeling, test planning, and estimation.
• Conduct performance test scripting, execution, monitoring, and results analysis.
• Identify performance bottlenecks across application, API, database, and infrastructure layers.
• Utilize monitoring/APM tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, Splunk, and Aternity/Riverbed for performance analysis.
• Analyze production data to define appropriate TPS, workload, and test scenarios.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding performance reporting, issue tracking, and risk management.

Mandatory Skills:
