Job summary

DHL IT Services in Indore, India, is seeking a Test Manager for ServiceNow to lead testing strategy and quality across ServiceNow implementations. You will develop test plans, coordinate resources, and partner with developers, PMs, and stakeholders to embed testing into the development lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in ServiceNow, strong testing methodology knowledge, ATF experience, Agile background, and a Bachelor’s in a relevant field.

A ServiceNow Test Manager oversees and coordinates all testing activities within a ServiceNow environment. • Experience with ServiceNow: Familiarity with ServiceNow testing capabilities, including the Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Coordinator Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to manage activities effectively.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze test data and provide actionable insights.
• Risk Management Experience: Experience with risk management and quality assurance processes.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile development methodologies is often preferred.
• Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with several years of experience in software testing and management roles.
