Job description

Experience: 8-12 years overall; minimum 5+ years as Test Lead/Test Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end Test Strategy from scratch for Digital Wealth platforms (Trading, Portfolio, Advisory, Payments integration)
• Perform test estimation by analyzing BRD/FRD, scope boundaries, and dependencies across systems
• Create and manage daily test run plans, execution tracking, and reporting for SIT/UAT phases
• Drive test design governance, ensuring high-quality test scenarios, coverage, and traceability to requirements
• Lead defect management, triage calls, and closure governance with business, dev, and vendor teams
• Manage multi-stream testing (functional, integration, data validation, API testing) across wealth applications
• Ensure test data strategy and environment readiness, including coordination with upstream/downstream systems
• Provide SteerCo/PMO updates, risks, mitigation plans, and testing progress metrics
• Mentor and manage test teams (manual + automation), ensuring adherence to QA processes and standards
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements (especially wealth/investment domain)

Required Skills
