Job summary

Fibocan in Navi Mumbai is seeking a Senior QA Lead to define test strategy, plan resources and timelines to ensure high-quality deliverables. You will lead a testing team, monitor progress and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve defects promptly.

The role covers functional, integration, regression, automation and performance testing, with a focus on QA metrics and release readiness. 7–10 years of hands-on testing experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of software testing experience with strong SDLC knowledge and testing frameworks.
• Experience leading and managing testing teams, including test planning, estimation, scope, timelines, resources and costs.
• Proven expertise across functional, integration, regression and end-to-end testing, with defect management and QA governance.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating with business teams, project managers and senior leadership.
