• 12+ years of QA/Testing experience with 4+ years in test management.
• Strong Life Insurance domain expertise in policy administration, claims, underwriting, and servicing.
• Expertise in Test Strategy, Test Planning, SIT, UAT, and Release Management.
• Proven experience managing multiple applications and large testing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills.
• Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, ALM, automation testing, and reporting tools.
