Job summary

LTM is seeking an experienced Test Lead / QA Lead to drive testing for digital migration and transformation initiatives in our enterprise programs. You will lead testing teams, define strategies, and ensure data and process integrity across migrated environments.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in software testing, hands-on migration testing, and strong stakeholder management, with experience in cross-functional delivery and client-facing engagements.

Qualifications

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced grade Test Lead / QA Lead with strong expertise in Digital Migration Testing, Digital Transformation, and Stakeholder Management. The ideal candidate should have 12+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance, with proven experience in leading large-scale digital transformation and migration programs.

Mandatory Skills

• 12+ years of overall experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
• Strong hands-on experience in Digital Migration Testing.
• Experience in Digital Transformation Programs/Projects.
• Strong Stakeholder Management and Client Management experience with customer-facing engagements.
• Solid understanding of Manual Testing, including test planning, test case design, execution, defect management, and end-to-end validation.
• Experience validating large-scale digital migration projects involving complex applications and business-critical systems.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and independently drive testing activities.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Insurance Domain.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Key Responsibilities
