The role requires strong testing leadership, private banking knowledge, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high quality releases and compliant testing across COB and SWIFT validations.

Qualifications

• 7–11 years of experience as a Test Lead on Temenos T24 projects
• Private banking domain knowledge is preferred
• Experience with COB testing and SWIFT message testing
• Automation experience and DevOps understanding

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor testing teams for functional, regression, automation, and NFR testing across large Temenos T24 implementations
• Define and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, data management, environments, and test closure
• Analyze requirements and specs to create test approaches, plans, and risk assessments
• Manage defect tracking, reporting, and resolution across multiple project teams
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to improve software quality throughout SDLC
• Drive automation initiatives and continuous testing improvements

General Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced Test Lead to oversee Core Banking projects, with full ownership of test strategy, planning, automation, non-functional testing (NFR), and end-to-end delivery. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Temenos T24, testing leadership, and private banking domain knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor testing teams for functional, regression, automation, and NFR testing across large T24 implementations in the private banking domain.
• Define and execute comprehensive test strategies, including test design, data management, environment setup, and test closure.
• Analyze business requirements and system specifications to create test approaches, test plans, and risk assessments.
• Manage defect tracking, reporting, and resolution across multiple project teams.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to enhance software quality throughout the SDLC.
• Drive automation initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement in testing processes.
• Identify potential risks, issues, and recommend effective solutions.
• Ensure test coverage across all functional and integration layers, including COB testing and SWIFT message validations.

Technical & Functional Expertise:

Experience: 7–11 years as a Test Lead on Temenos T24 projects, preferably within Private Banking.

In-depth knowledge of:

• T24 modules – Securities, Payments, Corporate Actions, Derivatives, Structured Products, Accounting, Portfolio Management, Forex, Treasury, Lending.
• Testing Areas – T24 integration, COB testing, client output, SWIFT message testing, and regulatory reports.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting for all asset types.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Proficiency with automation tools (Selenium preferred) and DevOps concepts.
• Working knowledge of Java is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile tools – Jira and Confluence.
