Job summary

EY in Chennai is seeking a Test Engineer to design and execute comprehensive test plans for Wealth & Private Banking and Core Banking domains. You will identify defects and work with developers to ensure timely resolutions.

The role requires 4–10 years of testing experience, strong knowledge of Temenos Transact T24 and TAP Triple A Plus, and experience with industry-standard test management tools. Excellent communication is expected.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech/MCA/MSc or equivalent degree.
• 4–10 years of Testing experience in Wealth & Private Banking, Core Banking.
• Must have worked in implementations of Temenos Transact T24, TAP Triple A Plus, and Transformation/Upgrade engagements.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans.

Job Summary

As Test Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying and documenting defects and collaborating with developers and stakeholders to resolve defects.

Responsibilities Skills and attributes for success

• Good understanding of Software testing methodologies and tools
• Ability to execute testing activities within a project timeline
• Adequate Knowledge Wealth & Private Banking, Core Banking
• Adequate knowledge in Temenos Transact T24, TAP Triple A Plus
• Knowledge in Industry adopted Test Management Tool

To qualify for the role, you must have

• BE/BTech/MCA/M.Sc. /
• 4-10 years of Testing experience in Wealth & Private banking, Core banking
• Must have worked in implementations of Temenos Transact T24 , TAP Triple A Plus
• Must have worked in implementations of Transformation and Upgrade engagement

Ideally, youll also have

• Should have excellent communication skills & should be able to articulate concisely & clearly
• Should be ready to do an individual contributor as Test Consultant
