Job summary

QualityKiosk in Pune seeks a senior software tester to lead testing efforts with 7-9 years of experience, including 4+ years in a Test Lead role. The role covers SIT & E2E testing across large Telecom OSS/BSS environments, with emphasis on microservices, APIs and integrations across multiple vendors.

You will drive automation initiatives, work in agile and waterfall projects, and coordinate with stakeholders, while ensuring performance testing quality and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years in Software Testing, with at least 4 years in a Test Lead role.
• Strong Telecom OSS/BSS domain experience (billing, CRM, order management, etc.).
• Proven SIT & E2E testing across multiple applications/vendors.
• Knowledge of microservices, APIs (REST), message queues and integration patterns.
• Hands-on in at least 3+ mid-size automation projects.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall projects.
• Strong performance testing expertise and stakeholder reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing efforts for Telecom OSS/BSS transformations across multiple vendors.
• Plan, execute and monitor SIT & E2E testing activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
