Qualitykiosk Technologies in Pune seeks a Software Test Engineer with 2-6 years of experience to join telecom domain testing across OSS/BSS, Billing and CRM. You will drive test planning, SIT, API testing, and automation using Postman, Selenium/Playwright, and JMeter, collaborating with multiple vendors and internal teams.

You will also engage in robust defect management, ensure test data readiness, and deliver clear test reports while communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Qualificações

• 2-6 years of software testing experience.
• Hands-on telecom domain testing (OSS/BSS, Billing, CRM, Order Management).
• Experience with test planning and daily status reporting (DSR).
• System Integration Testing across multiple applications/vendors.
• Knowledge of microservices, APIs (REST), message queues and integration patterns.
• Experience with test management/defect tools - JIRA, ALM/Octane.
• Basic knowledge of AI / Generative AI concepts.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall projects.
• Automation & performance testing using Postman, Selenium/Playwright, JMeter.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Quality Assurance across the project lifecycle.
• Follow phase-wise test lifecycle for design, review, maintenance of test assets.
• Perform SIT with test data prep, test case prep and execution (Functional & Regression).
• Work with APIs, middleware, and integration tools (JIRA, Octane).
• Validate end-to-end telecom journeys (activation, recharge, billing, service requests).
• Support the business users’ team for UAT sign-offs.
• Defect reporting and coordination with development, network, and integration teams.
• Test reporting with daily status updates to TL/Manager, highlighting risks.

Job Description :

EXPERIENCE

2-6 years of experience in Software Testing

Hands-on experience in Telecom domain testing (OSS/BSS, Billing, CRM, Order Management, etc.)

Exposure to Digital platforms in Telecom (self-care apps, web portals, mobile apps)

Experience in Test Planning, Test Strategy, and Daily Status Reporting (DSR)

Proven experience in System Integration Testing across multiple applications and vendors

Good understanding of microservices architecture, APIs (REST), message queues, and integration patterns

Experience with test management and defect management tools - JIRA, ALM/Octane

Basic knowledge on AI / Generative AI concepts

Experience in executing Agile and Waterfall projects

Good knowledge on Automation & Performance Testing concepts, tools, process Postman, Selenium / Playwright, JMeter

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams, clients, and external telecom stakeholders

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES

• Quality Assurance

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) / MCA / MCM

Possess 1-2 globally accepted certifications

• ISTQB Foundation / Agile Tester
• Telecom Domain Certifications (TM Forum eTOM awareness)
• Automation Certifications (API / Selenium / Playwright / Cypress) – Preferable
• Cloud Fundamentals Certification (AWS / Azure)
