Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software testing; includes 4–6+ years in a Test Lead role

IT Professional - KONE Corporation

This role will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products across web, mobile, and backend platforms. The position plays a key part in validating functionality, identifying defects, and supporting high-quality release cycles through well-designed test plans and execution strategies. As part of the Quality Assurance team, you will collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to strengthen overall product quality and contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices.

We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to own the end-to-end quality strategy and execution across a diverse application landscape: mobile, web, SAP, Salesforce, and client-server systems. The ideal candidate has deep hands-on skills in manual testing, test automation, and regression testing, combined with leadership capabilities to guide QA engineers, enforce best practices, and ensure timely, high-quality releases.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in software testing, including 4–6+ years in a Test Lead role.
• Proven leadership of QA teams and vendor/partner coordination.
• Hands-on experience in manual testing, UI/API automation, and regression strategy.
• Tools: Web—Selenium/Playwright/Cypress; Mobile—Appium (Espresso/XCUITest familiar); API—Postman/REST Assured, Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Familiarity with CI/CD: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins.
• Familiarity with ALM: Azure DevOps, Jira, TestRail/Xray/Zephyr.
• Understanding of test design techniques, ISTQB principles, SDLC/Agile/Scrum, and DevOps practices.
• Experience testing mobile, web, SAP, Salesforce, and client-server applications.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred required Skills:

• Experience with Tricentis Tosca (SAP), Salesforce testing best practices, and service virtualization.
• Knowledge of security (OAuth/JWT, SSO/SAML), data privacy/compliance (e.g., GDPR/PII).
• Exposure to contract testing (Pact), test impact analysis, and analytics-driven quality dashboards.
• ISTQB Advanced/Test Manager, CSM, or equivalent certifications.

Professional Requirements -(Education)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Equivalent experience in a related field is also acceptable.
