Qualitykiosk Technologies in Pune, Maharashtra, India seeks a Senior Test Lead with 7-9 years in Software Testing and at least 4 years in a leadership role. The role focuses on Telecom OSS/BSS domains and large-scale transformation programs, with hands-on SIT/E2E testing and microservices/API integration.

The ideal candidate will lead teams for Indian and international clients, manage Agile/Waterfall projects, and leverage AI concepts to improve testing strategies while reporting stakeholder

Qualifications

• 7-9 years of experience in Software Testing.
• 4+ years in a Test Lead role.
• Strong Telecom OSS/BSS domain experience (OSS/BSS, Billing, CRM, Order Management, Inventory Management).
• Proven experience in SIT End-to-End testing across multiple applications and vendors.
• Knowledge of microservices, APIs (REST), message queues, and integration patterns.
• Familiar with AI / Generative AI concepts and tools.
• Experience with test management and defect tools - JIRA, ALM/Octane.

Job Summary

7-9 years of experience in Software Testing, with at least 4 years in a Test Lead role. Strong Telecom OSS/BSS domain experience (OSS/BSS, Billing, CRM, Order Management, Inventory Management, etc.), especially in largescale transformation or modernization programs (demonstrated through Work Experience and/or Certification).

Requirements

• 7-9 years of experience in Software Testing, with at least 4 years in a Test Lead role
• Strong Telecom OSS/BSS domain experience (OSS/BSS, Billing, CRM, Order Management, Inventory Management, etc.), especially in largescale transformation or modernization programs (demonstrated through Work Experience and/or Certification)
• Proven experience in System Integration Testing (SIT) End-to-End (E2E) testing across multiple applications and vendors
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, APIs (REST), message queues, and integration patterns
• Knowledge on AI / Generative AI concepts, principles, tools, LLM models
• Experience with test management and defect management tools - JIRA, ALM/Octane
• Hands on experience in leading / implementing at least 3+ mid-size Automation projects
• Hands-on experience in leading teams for Indian and/or International Clients in Telecom sector
• Experience in managing Agile and Waterfall projects
• Good knowledge / experience in Performance Testing / Engineering
• Strong communication skills, managing stakeholder expectations, perception management, reporting skills
