Job summary

PeopleStrong Pte Ltd in Pune seeks a Software Testing professional with 3-5 years of experience to drive telecom domain testing across OSS/BSS, Billing, CRM, and Order Management. You will contribute to test planning, strategy, and daily status reporting while ensuring quality across multiple applications.

You should be proficient with REST APIs, microservices, and automation tools such as Postman, Selenium or Playwright, and JMeter, and comfortable working in Agile and Waterfall projects.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Software Testing.
• Hands-on telecom domain testing (OSS/BSS, Billing, CRM, OMS).
• Exposure to digital telecom platforms (self-care apps, web portals, mobile apps).
• Experience in test planning, test strategy, and daily status reporting (DSR).
• Proven experience in system integration testing across multiple applications and vendors.
• Understanding of microservices, REST APIs, message queues, and integration patterns.
• Experience with test management and defect tools such as JIRA, ALM/Octane.
• Basic knowledge of AI / Generative AI concepts.
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall project execution.
• Knowledge of automation & performance testing concepts with Postman, Selenium/Playwright, JMeter.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal teams and stakeholders.
