Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Test Automation Engineer to drive testing across Veeva CRM implementations in a regulated life sciences environment. Qualifications

• Hands-on Veeva CRM testing experience in life sciences.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM/Quality Center, Zephyr or similar tools.
• Experience with Veeva CRM and Salesforce configurations, integrations, offline testing.
• 4–6 years of software testing experience, at least 2 years on Veeva CRM.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and prepare test scenarios, cases, data, and traceability.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, mobile, data migration, and UAT testing.
• Validate Veeva CRM processes, Salesforce configurations, integrations, and offline scenarios.
• Record evidence, identify and report defects, perform retesting, and support root-cause analysis.
• Maintain GxP, CSV, data integrity, privacy, security, and audit-ready documentation.
• Coordinate with business, development, validation, and support teams to resolve issues.
• Report progress, risks, blockers, and test results to the Test Lead.
• Support junior testers, automation, regression optimization, and reusable assets.
• Own test execution activities with a strong focus on accuracy, risk awareness, and quality outcomes.
• Support defect analysis, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure on-time completion of assigned testing, validation evidence, timely identification and communication of issues, and effective retesting activities.
• Deliver strong coverage, traceability, defect quality, reduced escaped defects, and improved regression efficiency.

The role owns test preparation, execution, defect investigation, validation evidence, and delivery of high-quality results. This position focuses on ensuring quality, compliance, traceability, and release readiness across Veeva CRM programs while collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting testing best practices, and contributing to continuous improvement in testing processes and automation.

Roles & Responsibilities

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must Have Skills: Hands-on Veeva CRM testing experience in a life sciences environment.
• Secondary skills include Veeva CRM, Salesforce, ISTQB, or Agile certification.
• Experience testing Veeva CRM in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical-device, or life sciences environments.
• Good knowledge of accounts, calls, consent, Approved Email, CLM, events, samples, territories, and mobile/offline functionality.
• Experience in test analysis, design, execution, defect management, traceability, data validation, integration testing, and UAT support.
• Ability to write clear test cases, query data, validate interfaces, analyze defects, and produce audit-ready evidence.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM/Quality Center, Zephyr, or equivalent tools.
• Exposure to Selenium, Cucumber, Tosca, or similar automation tools.
• Understanding of Agile delivery, GxP, CSV, ALCOA+, data integrity, and validation controls.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Strong learning agility, stakeholder collaboration, and effective communication skills.
• Experience with Veeva Commercial Cloud, CLM, Approved Email, Align, MyInsights, or iOS offline testing is preferred.
• Exposure to API, database, automation, performance, accessibility, and security testing is preferred.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have 4–6 years of software testing or quality engineering experience, including at least 2 years of hands‑on Veeva CRM testing.
• Bachelor s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• This is based at our Accenture Office
